How do I download the Free Templates? Just click on the file name and choose either "Open" or "Save." Then select the appropriate place on your hard drive to store your file. Just open, edit and print! Once I completed my order, how long does it take for me to receive my compressed .zip file with my templates? Once you have completed the check out process, and we receive notification that your payment has cleared, we will then email your templates as a secure attachment in a compressed .zip file. Many times we receive a "bounce" from the email address provided due to file size restraints. Because our templates are high resolution, print ready files, which you receive in triplicate, the file size is sometimes larger than your particular email server allows. If this occurs you will be redirected to a download link where you can quickly retreive your designs. This process may take from 10 minutes up to 2 hours. *Please be sure to check your "SPAM" folder to be sure your email filter has not rejected our address.* Why won't my file open? Be sure that you have the correct software installed on your computer. To use our stock templates, you will need one of the following: Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (or higher), Microsoft Word 2003 (or later), Microsoft Publisher 2007. What fonts do you use? Our templates are created with global fonts, compatible with most computers. However, if the font is not installed on your machine, your computer will automatically default to a "substitution" font to be used instead. You can then change the font selection in the application if you prefer a different one be used. Is my template compatible with my printer? Yes.
